Conditions of Return

Returns are accepted provided that the customer contacts us within 3 days of delivery and ships items back within 14 days of delivery.

Exchanges or cancellations are not accepted but please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Custom or personalized orders can not be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. Return shipping cost is buyer’s responsibility. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
